UK: Standard charge of £3.95 (free on orders over £60). Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For postage will normally be used – this service aims to deliver within 2-3 working days (including Saturdays) to give the extra peace of mind from proof of delivery with a signature comfort. For next working day delivery (including Saturdays), a First Class Signed For option is also available for a standard charge of £4.45. Free UK shipping for orders over £60.
International (rest of world): Standard charge of £15.00. Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For postage will normally be used – this service aim to deliver worldwide within 5-7 working days.
Where part orders are delayed, no postal charge will normally be made for follow-up deliveries.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know by sending email to email@example.com and return the goods within 30 days in the original packaging and with the labelling attached (undamaged, unwashed and unworn) for a refund or exchange.
